Materials & Resources for Planning a Heart Failure Awareness Event
The HFSA has produced a turnkey kit and
supplemental materials to assist professionals in planning events related
to heart failure either during National Heart Failure Awareness Week
(February 10-16, 2013) or at other times during the year.
About Heart Failure Awareness Week
To increase awareness about the disease, the HFSA
launched this campaign in 2000 to increase recognition of this life-threatening
disease and encourage people to talk to their doctors if they think they have symptoms or are at risk.
