The rules and regulations in the document available for download are intended to serve the best interests of the Annual HFSA Scientific Meeting, the exhibitors and the registered attendees and to provide notice to applicants and exhibitors of governing rules and regulations. All are expected to abide by these rules and regulations.

Relocation of Exhibits: HFSA reserves the right to alter locations of exhibits as shown on the official floor plan, if deemed, in the sole discretion of HFSA, to be advisable or in the best interests of HFSA.
